When writing driver documentation for server 3.4 features, we're linking to development version docs for new features. It would be great if we had a permalink to the location in the final documentation so that we don't have to update and release drivers just to fix the manual links when the server GA ships. Is there a "3.4 permalink" we can start using now? (E..g that redirects to the latest 3.3 docs for now and redirects to the final 3.4 docs later?) If not, is that something that could be considered? |

Is that where you think we should be pointing documentation over the long-term? I.e. should I open a DRIVERS ticket to have driver teams change their documentation linking? |
