See this pull request for proposed change: https://github.com/mongodb/docs/pull/506 The switch to RECOVERING can be both a good thing and a bad thing. It's good in terms of the fact that the SECONDARY stops servicing queries automatically, but bad if that puts unexpected load elsewhere, hence I think it should be a warning. I also capitalized the states (how they appear in rs.status()) and added a link to the state definitions. Hopefully I did not screw up the format too badly.... |
