We discovered a bug with Ops Manager start-up if no internet is available. We will be fixing this in 3.4.1. However, to minimize user pain, let's please add an advisory note in the documentation. For each installation page, at the top of the "Configure the Ops Manager connection to the Ops Manager Application Database" please add:
