I can't reproduce this on a fresh installation. However, the warning looks nonfatal; you should be able to install mongodb-org despite it. | ||

That change will exclude our other platforms: s390x, PPC64LE, and ARM64. | ||

This is because apt always looks for amd64 and i386 package lists by default, even when the machine . Since mongodb does not support i386, please update the documentation as follows: Current documentation:

This should be done for all three, Ubuntu 12.04, 14.04 and 16.04. | ||

Can't install mongodb-org package from repo.mongodb.org repo on ubuntu. I follow this instruction Error: sudo apt-get update |
