Hello, As noted in our installation page for Red Hat, support for Redhat Version 5 was deprecated with MongoDB version 3.2. If you absolutely cannot upgrade the linux version, you can try to install MongoDB 3.4 via the tarball. We cannot guarantee functionality on an unsupported version of Linux. The DOCS jira project is for documentation related questions only. If you need to explore your options on this topic further, I highly recommend the MongoDB google group. Our community support engineers can provide guidance on this topic. If you have a MongoDB Enterprise license associated to your project, please connect to your MongoDB Account Manager to open a support ticket. |
