 Description

Hi,

If a customer wishes to use ncsd to cache dns queries from Automation Agent, the default resolver used in Go will bypass the cache daemon.

There is an environment variable that can be set to make the Automation Agent use use C library functions to resolve hostnames, thus going through ncsd.

Could we please document the default resolver used and how to change it by setting the environment variable as follows:

GODEBUG to netdns=cgo .

It may be useful to link out to the Golang documentation also.

Thanks,

Barry
