 Description

The change specified here: https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/reference/built-in-roles/#readAnyDatabase is not in the 3.4 release notes or in the "Upgrade a Replica Set to 3.4" notes. Seemingly a minor change but it crashed one of our backend services in a hard-to-debug way when we upgraded. I think it would be wise to put a brief note about it in the release notes so other people don't get surprised by this change.

Duh looks like I didn't read the release notes as carefully as I thought I did. Thanks Kay.

So, we already have https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/release-notes/3.4-compatibility/#user-roles-changes

I'll single source the content and add also in Release note as well so that whether a reader falls into the 3.4 release notes page or 3.4 compatibility page, the information is available.
