However, lm_sensors-libs and net-snmp-agent-libs are not present in the most recent Amazon repos and do not appear to be required by any of the MongoDB Enterprise binaries. The full dependency list for Amazon Linux should be:

I think this set is incomplete: mongod requires liblber-2.4.so.2, which is provided by openldap |
