This was pointed out by a customer on a conference call. When receiving 'missing enterprise dependencies' error, the customer checked:
What they are looking for was this section https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/tutorial/install-mongodb-enterprise-on-linux/#install-any-missing-dependencies The instructions are included on the tarball page https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/tutorial/install-mongodb-enterprise-on-linux/ but nowhere else. Seeing how many customer download the binaries directly and then realize they are missing the enterprise dependencies, we should probably make this it's own page and then link it to all the enterprise instructions. |
