dropDups will be silently ignored and removed from the index spec when building indexes. If the index is unique and any dups exist, the index build will fail. Drivers with index creation helpers should deprecate dropDups with a comment stating that the option will no longer be applied in MongoDB releases starting with 2.8. |

Validating for C+11 because validated for C, also no index build helpers in C+11 driver. |
