Description of Linked Ticket

Epic Summary

Summary

Create a truncate command that can efficiently range-delete from clustered collections without any secondary indexes.

Motivation

The truncate command will be faster in comparison to a standard delete command and allow for delete functionality at a more granular level than just TTL deletion. This will allow Serverless "change collections" to efficiently expire old data.

Closing this as we have closed PM-2375 as Incomplete. Storage Execution will be absorbing this project into PM-2227.
