 Description   

Drivers should resync the transaction spec tests updated in: https://github.com/mongodb/specifications/commit/bb184962e9aab51206b93c511ea143b956d9812b

These new tests prove that a collection configured with WriteConcern(w=0) can still be used within a transaction.
