Background & Motivation
This caused test failures on Linux and macOS in the testKmsCtx test. After updating the test's assertion to check for a port, that caused test failures on Windows. Linux and macOS build libmongocrypt from source from the latest commit. Windows downloads the latest tagged release: https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-go-driver/blob/15ace228e3bfdf37faa31e558d5eb2745a75469f/.evergreen/config.yml#L75-L86 I think it is preferable to use the latest libmongocrypt release. If behavior changes cause test failures, we can address those as part of upgrading the libmongocrypt version dependency. Scope
