 Description

As of server v6.0 and v5.0.9 (see SERVER-63850), "count" is part of Stable API v1. As a result, the documentation example StableAPIStrictCountExample added with DRIVERS-1846 no longer works correctly, and the test that run that example also fails. We currently skip that test in all cases.

Update the StableAPIStrictCountExample to use a command other than "count".

Note! This will probably be part of a drivers-wide change, so we should wait until we know what example all other drivers will use before we create our own example! For now, this ticket is mostly used for additional context for why we skip the test.
