Thanks very much @Jeff Yemin, that sounds good and is very useful to know. I was under the impression it would likely be in the 2019 calendar year.

Hi eug it's a label that we use to help us plan. It means that we plan to tackle this work in the third quarter of our 2019 financial year, which runs from February 2018 to January 2019. So the third quarter of FY 2019 is August 2018 to October 2018.
