 Description

GODRIVER-2742 replaces references of "logicalSessionTimoutMinutes" of type uint32 with type *uint32 to differentiate between 0 timeout minutes and "no" timeout minutes. This ticket, being in the 1 major version, deprecates but does not stop setting the existing non-pointer values that references "logicalSessionTimeoutMinutes". One example of such a value is the description.Server "SessionTimeoutMinutes" field.

This ticket proposes removing these fields from the library.
