 Description

Currently the write selector for the Database and Collection types is a read preference selector with Primary as the read preference. Since we have a write selector, we should use that instead of a read preference selector.

Message: Use description package and share selectors

Use description.WriteSelector for write selectors.
Use the Database's read and write selectors when creating a Collection.
