Getting IndexOutOfBoundsException when I call FindFluent#first if no results are returned as part of the query.

This looks to have been resolved thanks to commits related to JAVA-1566

I also added a general smoke test for the async driver to help catch regressions.

Hard to say this is not an issue anymore, as I can't get FindFluent#first to work at all anymore. See JAVA-1566
