Is it possible to use GridFS on Android? I always get an java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: java.lang.management.ManagementFactory when I try to access a file...

Wasn't an Android issue see: JAVA-2030

Are you sure that's a fatal error? The driver does expect that and catches the error.
