Passed in preferences (readConcern, readPreference, WriteConcern) aren't passed to the underlying collections.

The 3.2.0 driver, which contains a fix for this issue, has been released today.

Message: Ensure that the underlying collections are updated correctly

When the user sets a new ReadConcern, ReadPreference or WriteConcern those changes
should be reflected in the underlying files and chunks collections.
