 Description   

The 2.x driver will use a customer decoder to decode the error document if the query failure bit is set on an OP_REPLY. It should instead use the default decoder so that the code and $err fields are always properly decoded and the correct exception is propagated.

2.14.2 has been released with a fix for this bug.
