Open question: Will views support a collation? If so, we will need to:

  • add an optional Collation property to CreateViewOperation
  • overload createView in MongoDatabase (sync and async) with a method that takes a CreateViewOptions that contains a Collation property
  • overload createView in DB with a method that takes a DBCollectionCreateViewOptions that contains a Collation property
