I want to upload 1GB file using GridFS. If I uploaded, where the file is stored? Can I use mongodb for DMS (Document Management System) application. Note: In DMS application we can upload > 100GB data |

Please refer to the GridFS documentation for the technical details of how GridFS breaks up large files and stores them in MongoDB. While GridFS can be used as a building block for a DMS, and does have limited support for multiple file versions, it is not a full-featured DMS in its own right.
