There's no need to do this until the driver needs to take advantage of a Java 10 library, so closing as Won't Fix. |

The plugin com.bmuschko.nexus is not maintained anymore. The release 4.8 of Gradle provides the Maven Publish Plugin :

Farès Hassak I had to revert the 4.7 upgrade, as I was unable to release 3.8.0-beta2 with Gradle 4.7. |
