We don't plan to support exhaust cursors at this point. We can re-open if that changes.

Closing ticket according to Jeff's comment on DRIVERS-535: "In that case let's close this and all language tickets. If the server plans to implement in mongos, a new ticket will be created from the PM ticket anyway."

Message: Implement support for exhaust cursor in OP_MSG

This commit allows client applications to specify a cursor to be
exhaustAllowed. When specified, the corresponding exhaustAllowed
flagbit in the OP_MSG will be set on requests to the server. Future
getMore requests will also not be required, as the next batch of
results will already be sitting on the connection.

Added links to JAVA-808, in which support was added for the original exhaust flag on OP_QUERY, and JAVA-1520, in which that support was removed.
