I got here from https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-java-driver/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#talk-to-us I could not find the question issue type, and this seemed like the closest thing. Apologies!
I wanted to do a $filter projection on an project aggregation, but could not find the corresponding Projections.*, and the docs didn't seem to mention it at all. Someone helped me over at the community forums (https://community.mongodb.com/t/java-driver-filter-aggregation-operator/1834). I wanted to ask if adding such a thing would be accepted as a PR, and if outsiders/third parties such as myself are allowed to contribute.
Thanks, and again, I apologize about the issue type! |
