 Description

Downstream changes: drivers should sync their BSON corpus spec tests with mongodb/specifications@c4cc034.

Originally reported here: https://github.com/mongodb/specifications/issues/1040

We should fix the incorrect code and symbol tests and audit the rest of bson corpus tests to make sure they're using the proper types too.
