Upstream Changes Summary:

DRIVERS-2546:
Each team take a look at this work to see if this can be implemented in Q1 and add it to their plan if there is space. If not this will need to be prioritized early Q2 as it is targeted 7.0.

Drivers should update the collection management spec tests to commit 0fa17f36d4bd4def1dd5acd30264f0e2cc026d6d once MongoDB 7.0 is available for testing.

Documentation Changes Summary:

1. What would you like to communicate to the user about this feature?
2. Would you like the user to see examples of the syntax and/or executable code and its output?
3. Which versions of the driver/connector does this apply to?
