JAVA-990 3.0: Use $maxDistance in QueryBuilder... Sub-task Closed Craig Wilson

 Description

QueryBuilder uses an undocumented form of $near where maxDistance is the 3rd element of a 3-element array.

QueryBuilder should be updated to use the documented $maxDistance form.
