 Description

Hello,

SERVER-5008 fixed a very annoying issue but commit for SERVER-5419 (commit) breaks it.
Basically, rpm erase the sysconfig file for mongo which completely defeat the purpose of having a sysconfig.

This is still a problem. The fix was only put into the static rpm spec file, not the packaging scripts that generate it.

This is a small fix in packager.py, packager-enterprise.py and mongo-10gen-unstable.spec.

To backport it we just need it in packager.py and packager-enterprise.py.

Can you make sure the fix got into 2.4.6 ?
thanks!
