Currently the version number between stamped builds cannot be used to build an msi. The version number for installer needs to have each of the 4 components be an interger between 0 and 65534. Recommend we generate an incrementing version number on each build or atleast with each nightly |

We cannot use 0 since the released version of 2.5.3 has the 4th digit as 0. Also if you just use 0 there is no way to differentiate between nightlies |
