 Description

Currently the version number between stamped builds cannot be used to build an msi.
From buildInfo
"version" : "2.5.3-pre-"
"versionArray" : [
2,
5,
3,
-100
]

The version number for installer needs to have each of the 4 components be an interger between 0 and 65534.

Recommend we generate an incrementing version number on each build or atleast with each nightly

We cannot use 0 since the released version of 2.5.3 has the 4th digit as 0. Also if you just use 0 there is no way to differentiate between nightlies

that field already has a meaning
you can just use 0
