The .gcno files aren't cached. Short term solution: Error if the flags are mixed. Long term solution: See if the scons SideEffect feature can do the right thing. |

We plan on building a tool as a longer term solution for this. |

If we want to do a good job with this, we should toolify it and make it understand both clang and gcc coverage options. Adding targets to produce a coverage report from the existing `.gcda` files might be fun too. |

probably just need an emitter on the related builders which will add the coverage output files into the targets list. |
