 Description

The SNMP statistics should provide counters for (or to allow the calculation of) the replica and replica lag figures currently represented in MMS.

These are done using the various optimes (newest op in oplog, oldest op in oplog, latest optime for primary, latest optime secondary).

If we get a request for this feature from a user we will re-consider

We could consider reporting the node's last applied optime, which could allow SNMP clients to calculate things like replication lag.
