| Description |

We are experiencing high CPU, above 90% on the primary server of a replica set. The server is only hosting MongoDb. We have 3 servers, primary, secondary, and an arbiter in our production environment. There are a few databases. The total data size in all databases is very small. Our mongodb instance is datastore for a .NET web application. We are using the C3 driver, version 1.8.1. Connection string: mongodb://TMPTBCACHE01P,TMPTBCACHE02P/?replicaSet=TMPWW;readpreference=primaryPreferred |

Great. Thanks for letting us know how you fixed it. If there are any more issues related to this, please feel free to post here. |

Determined the issue was simply doing way too many reads. Reduced the reads and CPU is below 20%. |

Let me know if more information is needed and if you would like to see the logs for the primary server. |
