I am trying to load a js file to insert/update around 5000 documents below error is thrown:

mishrask06, it looks like you're trying to write to the database a document that exceeds the 16MB limit, so while the error may be a bit terse it is definitely expected. You can run the db.WGTM.save() directly, or investigate the use of tools like mongoimport to populate your database.
