Steps To Reproduce:

Run push.py from SERVER-10595 against both 2.4.8 and 2.5.4. Notice that while the replication lag issue from SERVER-10595 has gone away, the time to push the 10k elements has grown by about 20%.

 Description

The relevant test case here is from SERVER-10595, which was filed to deal with replication lag when incrementally pushing 10k elements to an array. While that issue appears to be resolved in 2.5, it was noticed that the total time taken to $push the elements in 2.5 has grown by about 20%.
