 Description

I'm looking for some kind of compression solution for mongo. I was wondering if there are any known issues with using ZFS as the filesystem for MongoDB. I understand that there is a performance impact though what we want to use this for doesn't require a lot of IO (writes). Peak will be 10 writes per sec on documents of about 10k in average.

Thanks

No known issues, but not huge amount of usage yet.
Definitely some people doing it successfully.
