 Description

Tailable cursor are same what do 'tail -f'. So behavior must be the same. After execute this command user see not all lines from file
but 5-10 (optional) lines and then only new lines.
I think tailable cursor must have same functionality

Currently, I get around this by indexing the capped collection and doing a search on it for the last 'N' items and then tailing on it. This is egregiously sub-optimal considering the rest of Mongo's friendliness

Upvoted the feature. Implementing this would ease a lot of pain for me.
