After I run the `show dbs` command in the mongo shell, real memory consumption of mongod balloons to 548mb, and virtual mem is 4.31gb. See the screen shots below.

virtual size is equal to data size.
show dbs loads all the dbs and checks the meta data so some real memory is used for each.
unuses db/pages will be pages out by the system
