Need to check the error status object passed to _runCommands in applyOperation_inlock(); otherwise, replicated commands could silently fail on secondaries. |

This will be changed as part of the endeavor to not run commands for metadata operations on secondaries. Instead, we will call the lower-level functions and do replication-specific error handling there. |
