 Description

It would be valuable to have a feature similar to maxTimeMS for insert, update, delete operations.

This would be useful in many ways. One example given was a nightly "cleanup" job that deletes or updates data where you would have a single update or delete or a BulkWriteOperation that you would want to run only for a specific period of time before being terminated automatically.

Seems like this ticket should be closed then, since the bulk API is a client-side concept.

The maxTimeMs option is currently supported by all write commands (on the server).
The bulk API is a driver side concept.
Let's use this ticket to track request for the limit in bulk API.
