mongodb -f <conf_file> --nssize X --logpath <logpath> is acceptable, but if you want to put namespace size in configuration file, you have to put it in camel case "nsSize". Reproducible in MongoDB version 2.6. |

Indeed, many of the option names changed between the command line and the new YAML configuration file. The intention was to standardize the option naming and enforce a consistent style. |
