domzhang, I'm afraid we need more information to diagnose this issue. Without server logs it's impossible to know why mongod is disappearing. Are you on a multi-user system? If so, can it be that your operator is killing mongod because it's consuming too many resources?

Anyway, the first step is for you to send us a description of your setup and your server logs. If you don't have any logs, please review the installation instructions so you can obtain logs to upload to this ticket.
