The logical volume on which all mongodb logs go to got filled up due to which mongodb servers(config,mongos and mongod) stopped logging. We use log rotate to rotate our logs. Once we emptied space on that particular logical volume, we found out that the servers were not creating logs in the log files. Also, we tried to force log rotate but it did not create a log file. |
