hi Team, just unzip the mongodb-win32-X86_64-2008plus-2.6.4.zip, then execute the command mongod.exe, there is an error popup, could you please have a check. the error message is below: could you help to give a check for that? how to fix that? |

What version of Windows are you running MongoDB on? MongoDB has two builds for Windows: a version that targets Windows 2008 R2 / Windows 7 or later, and a version that targets any version of Windows (called legacy). It looks like you are running the 2008 R2+ version on an older operating system which is why you get an error message saying it cannot find a particular lock method in kernel32.dll. |
