 Description

http://buildlogs.mongodb.org/MCI_rhel70/builds/296995/test/parallel_0/basic.js

The assertion failed in the parallel suite because there is no guarantee that the server performance will be equal while running other tests at the same time. We may want to move this geo test to the noPassthrough suite.

The direct measure of the speed sounds like the way to go.

milkie - we can either move this geo test to the noPassthrough suite, or verify the # of totalKeysExamined, which is a direct measure of the speed. Also can I move this ticket to SERVER?
Fast case:

{
	...
	"nReturned" : 1,
	"executionTimeMillis" : 1,
	"totalKeysExamined" : 1,
	"totalDocsExamined" : 1,
	...
}

Slow case:

{
	...
	"nReturned" : 1,
	"executionTimeMillis" : 326,
	"totalKeysExamined" : 9385,
	"totalDocsExamined" : 1,
	...
}
