This is great for us. Setting the slave_ok flag on the connection is good, but setting it up in the cluster or in a mongos configuration somewhere would be even better. |

As designed just replica sets, though we may add an option for regular slaves as well. |

Will this apply with a sharded master/slave setup as well? Or just replica sets? |

would love to know the ETA of this feature – it is a blocker for us to implement sharding. – vince |
