Steps To Reproduce:

Invoke BugRep.js (see attachement):

mongo localhost:27017/local BugRep.js

For different test data change the parameter of createTestData("test", 10000, 20, 4, 20) - the second parameter determines the number of documents in the test collection.

I get wrong results using aggregation with collections sizes greater than ca. 10000. It depends on the generated test data. Probably an exception is thrown and the aggregation fails.

Sorry it took so long getting back to you obelaifa. This issue was reported in SERVER-15711, and a fix is included in MongoDB 3.0.
