We should probably either show both system.indexes and system.namespaces when using mmapv1 or neither of them. I would go with neither of them as the whole point of adding these commands was to smooth over the storage layer idiosyncrasies. |

This is MMAPv1 only, and there it preserves previous behavior. |

It may be a weak one, but I think the distinction b/w namespaces and indexes was made because you can still insert directly into system.indexes. I'm torn whether we should remove from the display or not, but I'm worried about breaking people downstream by removing it now. |
