 Description

If you drop a collection while an update is executing (possibly other operations as well) the returned error message and the message in the log is "Exec error: PlanExecutor killed" and "code: 96". A more informative message would be helpful.

The work on this ticket provides improved error messaging on kill to PlanExecutor clients. Work to make sure this is exposed further will be delivered under SERVER-2454.

Many error messages that the query subsystem raises could be improved for a better user experience.
